Learn About the Background of an Experienced Life Coach
ABOUT ME AND MY WORK
I BELIEVE THAT ALL MY LIFE AND WORK EXPERIENCE HAS GIVEN ME A WIDE RANGE OF KNOWLEDGE THAT IS VERY BENEFICIAL TO HELPING YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. I am a native of St. Louis, Missouri and currently reside here. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and my Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis on psychology and individuals with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders from Washington University in St. Louis. I received my CTACCCoaching License – from the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, Colorado. I attended the Sorbonne in Paris, France and attended both the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music. I continue to be a member of SAG-AFTRA. In addition to working as a Life Coach and Educator, I have also spent a significant amount of time in the not-for-profit world. As the former Executive Director of Kids In the Middle and as the Executive Director of the Kammergild Chamber Orchestra I learned a great deal about the workings, challenges and rewards of a 501-C3 (not-for-profit). I have also been on the other side of the table serving on the board of the National Kidney Foundation, Kids In the Middle and AAFA -Asthma and Allergy Association of America. I worked as a teacher for over twenty five years, served in the not for profit sector and owned my own business. I believe that a broad range of experiences has allowed me to better understand my varied client population. As a single parent of 3 millennials, I have dealt with my own life transitions and look forward to helping you move forward on your life path.
